Thank you so much po sa paghatid kay mama safely and smoothly. Very accommodating and helpful from the pickup sa PHC hanggang sa bahay. Kahit last minute ung request ko, they were able to provide the service with quality. Good and fast communication, they will contact you via viber or text/call. Maganda ang ambulance, the equipments and great support from the medics. Plus they gave us discount dahil senior si mama. Excellent service! God bless po. :)

I can’t thank you enough for the service Sir Mark and the whole team of Tri-med. Super accommodating since day one we called until they transferred my dad from Tuguegarao to TMC, Pasig. Even with the last minute call, they accomodated our call. A few hours before flying, there is another problem but sir Richmond push through on flying our boss from Palawan to Makati Med with complete ameneties, and with a doctor and nurse on board. Definetly a 10/10. Recommended

this ambulance helps my mom a lot!  I was looking for a good ambulance to transfer my mom who's in critical condition! to a complete facility hospital. and this one pop up on google. I called them internationally then they continue communicate with me through WhatsApp which is very helpful and cheap than paying international call. They're very accommodating,  patience and helpful! Im having hard time to find hospital who have ICU availability, due to COVID situation.

there's tel operator guy (I forgot to ask his name) and I told him the situation, and automatically he told me don't worry we will try to help you to find hospital for you mom. I even called how many times and they don't get annoyed and they service didn't change! (still they have a good service).

When they pick up my mom they wearing full gear PPE, they making sure that my mom is stable to travel and they have a good complete equipment inside the ambulance. everything was smooth and fast and my mom safely arrived endorse to the veterans hospital.

I said im gonna make a good reviews on this team cause thats the only way I can give back their excellent job! and their payment its just the same price with other ambulance company and they can give discount to the seniors!
